Attorney General Fox and Congressman Daines Place Wager over Saturday’s Griz-Cat Game
Today, Montana Congressman Steve Daines and Attorney General Tim Fox again placed a friendly wager over the upcoming University of Montana – Montana State University football game. The winner will provide the loser with a bumper sticker of the winning team, which must be placed on the loser’s personal vehicle for a month.
“While Steve travels around his home town for the holiday season, I’m sure everyone will be thrilled to see his support for the University of Montana Grizzlies,” Fox said.
“An MSU Bobcat bumper sticker has been missing from Attorney General Fox’s car for too long. I’m looking forward to celebrating a Cats victory this weekend and seeing Tim’s support for MSU after the game,” Daines said.
After the Grizzlies’ victory last year, Fox presented Daines with a UM jacket.
Daines, the first MSU Bobcat elected to Congress, graduated from Montana State University in 1984 with a degree in chemical engineering. Fox graduated from the University of Montana in 1981 with a degree in geology and in 1987 with a law degree.
