DOJ Seeks Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee Members
The Montana Department of Justice seeks applications for membership to the Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee from:
• A representative of the tow truck industry from western Montana;
• A representative of the insurance industry; and
• A representative from the public at large.
The Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee is made up of six representatives: Two members from the tow truck industry (eastern Montana and western Montana); one member from the commercial motor carrier industry; one member from the insurance industry; one member from the public at large; and one member from the Montana Highway Patrol.
The Committee reviews and resolves complaints involving tow truck issues. The term of membership on the committee is three years.

Letters of application should include the applicant’s name, address, position sought, and any qualifications the applicant believes are relevant to his/her ability to serve as a committee member. The deadline for applications is February 1, 2016. Attorney General Tim Fox will review the applications and make a final decision on committee membership.
