Attorney General Knudsen is a staunch defender of Americans’ Second Amendment rights. During the 2021 Legislative Session, he advocated for House Bill 102, the most significant gun legislation in decades that made Montana a constitutional carry state.
Attorney General Knudsen also continues to fight the Biden administration’s overreaching regulations on firearms in court and led or joined numerous amicus briefs in firearms-related cases.
