Hope Cards

Wallet sized cards that show proof of permanent orders of protection to facilitate law enforcement.

Address Confidentiality

Mail forwarding service for vulnerable crime victims to keep their physical address confidential. 

Crime Victim Compensation

Financial assistance for survivors and families to cover expenses due to crime-related injuries and victimization. 

Emergency Lodging Fund

Short-term emergency lodging at participating facilities for victims of domestic violence or human trafficking.

FREPP

Reimbursement for healthcare facilities for the cost of performing a sexual assault forensic examination.

Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System

Online system for survivors to track the status of their sexual assault evidence kits.

Our Working Groups

Sexual Assault Response Network Committee

Subject matter experts appointed by the Attorney General to develop a multidisciplinary framework and create guidelines to address sexual assault and care for all citizens in Montana.

Domestic Violence Fatality Review Commission

A multi-disciplinary group of experts that studies intimate partner fatalities, identifies trends and patterns, and recommends systemic and societal improvements.

Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Task Force

Subject matter experts appointed by the Attorney General to facilitate and guide the implementation of the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Grant goals and objectives.
