Hope Card Program
Crime Victim Compensation Program
Address Confidentiality Program is a mail forwarding service. ACP provides an alternative address for survivors of partner or family member assault, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, or people who are eligible for an order of protection to keep their physical address confidential.
Crime Victim Compensation helps survivors and families pay for services such as medical, mental health, wage loss, funeral, and burial expenses due to crime-related injuries and victimization.
Restitution Program seeks repayment from the offender through court ordered restitution for services paid on a claim by the Crime Victim Compensation Program.
Emergency Lodging Fund Program are funds that are available to participating lodging facilities in Montana who provide up to 5 nights of short-term emergency lodging for individuals and families that are victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
Hope Card Program issues wallet sized cards that show proof of permanent orders of protection. It allows for easy reference to inform law enforcement. [email protected]
Domestic Violence Fatality Review Commission is a multi-disciplinary group of experts that studies intimate partner fatalities, identifies trends and patterns, and recommends systemic and societal improvements
Sexual Assault Kit Initiative is a federally funded program that seeks to end the backlog of unsubmitted sexual assault kits through a statewide inventory, testing, cold case investigations, and survivor notifications.

Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Task Force is a diverse team of subject matter experts appointed by the Attorney General to facilitate and guide the implementation of the SAKI goals and objectives.
Sexual Assault Response Network (SARN) Program is a statewide approach to creating sustainable improvement in prosecutorial outcomes and healing for sexual assault survivors in Montana. This includes increasing access to forensic care and other victim services as well as supporting responders with training and networking opportunities to build strong, collaborative community response systems. Sexual Assault Response Network Committee’s mission is to develop a multidisciplinary framework and create guidelines to address sexual assault and care for all citizens in Montana.
Forensic Rape Examination Payment Program reimburses healthcare facilities up to $600 for the cost of performing a sexual assault forensic examination in cases where the survivor chooses not to report to law enforcement. [email protected]
Kit Track Program operates an online system that tracks sexual assault evidence kits from distribution to storage. Healthcare facilities, law enforcement agencies, and crime laboratories update the status and location of the sexual assault evidence kits. It enables survivors to learn the status of their kit.
