About the instructor and this course:
Chief Ron Glidden has trained thousands of law enforcement supervisors on the strategies for building employee commitment and improving performance. He focuses on the practical supervisory skills necessary to build trust, and communicate effectively to turn employee compliance into commitment. Attendees to his seminars learn how to find the appropriate balance between holding employees accountable for unacceptable behavior, and giving them sincere appreciation for good performance.
Stopping what Chief Glidden calls morale killing behavior and improving performance requires more than a gold badge. It requires supervisors equipped with the right tools. This seminar gives law enforcement supervisors of all ranks the tools needed to improve employee morale, accountability, and performance.
