Learning Objectives include: 4MAT Learning skills, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Supervising vs. Coaching, how to be intentional with the trainee, communicating with dispatch, Training to fail, Cultural issues and how to address them. Tabletop scenarios will be included.
