This course offers officers who have been involved in an officer-involved shooting (OIS) or other traumatic event invaluable insights and coping strategies to navigate the aftermath of such a traumatic event. Participants will explore the range of reactions commonly experienced by themselves, their colleagues, and their families, while also learning practical coping skills to support their own well-being and that of their coworkers and loved ones.
