This dynamic two-day seminar instructs Field Training Officers not just on what to
teach, but how to teach it. Participants explore their role throughout the FTO
process, discover effective adult learning techniques, and strengthen their ability to
mentor and evaluate recruits.
Each student will receive dozens of practical scenarios to use during training,
learning how to run them effectively and assess recruit performance.
