The mission of MY ARENA is to help First Responders and Veterans find peace, healing, and strength as they navigate mental health challenges during their careers and in retirement. this will be done through the sharing of personal stories of a 24-year law enforcement career, discussing personal accountability, and discussing the roadmap for leadership, as they lead the way.

Spouses, partners and significant others are encouraged to attend.
