Instructor Development for Public Safety Professionals is designed to provide attendees with the skills to create, deliver and document training to all audiences. This course is required for individuals to conduct P.O.S.T. certified training in Montana.
Participants learn to develop training outlines and presentations that meet the critical training needs for their agencies. Learning styles and risk management are also discussed.
