This seminar is taught by the Gallagher-Westfall Group and was formerly called First Line Supervisor. It is specifically designed to assist the new supervisor to understand the application of today’s leadership literature to the world in which they work. Attendees will be introduced to the elements of leadership, the differences between leadership and management and how to develop them within their own supervisory role.
Start time for this course is 1:00 PM Monday and ends at 12:00 noon Friday. This is a new start time for this course.

The Montana Law Enforcement Academy is undergoing a large remodeling project in 2019. As such, no rooms are available for professional programs students for this course. Arrangements for housing must be made separate and apart from the academy. The full meal plan will continue to be available for all students.
