The following documents are available to download and print. These forms can be submitted via email or mail, but cannot be submitted online.

- To obtain a POST Complaint Form, please contact POST staff at (406) 444-9975 or [email protected]. Note that any complaint, including anonymous complaints, will be forwarded to the officer’s employing authority.

POST Training Credit Hours are approved pursuant to POST’s Training Credit policy. All POST Training Credit Hours approved are subject to POST’s Training Audit policy.
- Please note: POST will not grant POST training credit hours for applications submitted more than one year after the training was completed.
