Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor

The Montana Department of Justice and the Montana Department of Transportation have joined forces to provide a Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor(TSRP) to aid in educating, training, and supporting prosecutors, law enforcement, and the judiciary throughout the state of Montana in combating the epidemic of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs and reduce highway traffic fatalities, the vast majority of which are the result of impaired driving. The TSRP is housed within Prosecution Services Bureau at the Montana Department of Justice in Helena, Montana.
