Missoula County Agreement

On June 10, 2014, Attorney General Fox announced an agreement that resolved an ongoing legal dispute between the Missoula County Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Department of Justice over the handling of sexual assault cases.

As part of the agreement, the Attorney General’s Office published quarterly reports on Missoula County’s progress toward compliance.

On August 17, 2016, Attorney General Fox announced that the Missoula County Attorney’s Office is in full compliance with the 2014 agreement.
