  • The SAKI Brochure is a synopsis of the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative and the implementation of the initiative in Montana. To view the SAKI Brochure visit:  SAKI Brochure
  • After a sexual assault forensic examination, the victim may receive a Kit Track and Victim Rights Card. If not, you may ask for one. The card informs the victim how to track his or her sexual assault kit and notice of victims rights as provided in Montana Code Annotated.  The Information card  is a new document in the kit, which is assembled at the manufacturer. Currently, medical facility inventoried kits will not include this card. Therefore, please expect a gap while current inventory is utilized. This does not effect a survivors ability to track their kit.
