Kayla Bragg is the SAKI Site Coordinator for the State of Montana. She works in the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Special Services Bureau. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and received her law degree from Nashville School of Law. Before receiving the SAKI Site Coordinator position in 2019, Kayla worked as a prosecutor. Kayla is proud to serve Montanans and assist survivors of sexual assault. When out of the office, Kayla enjoys hiking with her husband and three dogs and skiing.

Rachael Attorney General Logo 2021Lowe is the SAKI Site Crime Analyst for the State of Montana.  She works in the Division of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Special Services Bureau.   She earned her bachelor’s degree from Kaplan University and a Certificate of Crime Analysis from Seattle University.   Prior to working for Montana SAKI Site, Rachael served 14 years as a Crime Analyst for a municipal police department in Washington State.  In her spare time, Rachael enjoys exploring the great outdoors, RVing, and spending time with her family.
