Kayla Bragg is the SAKI Site Coordinator for the State of Montana. She works in the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Special Services Bureau. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and received her law degree from Nashville School of Law. Before receiving the SAKI Site Coordinator position in 2019, Kayla worked as a prosecutor. Kayla is proud to serve Montanans and assist survivors of sexual assault. When out of the office, Kayla enjoys hiking with her husband and three dogs and skiing.

Bryan Fischer is the SAKI Site Training Program Manager for the Montana Department of Justice at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy. Fischer retired from the Helena Police Department after serving nearly 22 years, and has over 30 years experience in law enforcement. Fischer authored “Investigating Sexual Assault – A Guide for Law Enforcement Officers.” Fischer has developed and trains best practices for responding to the crime of sexual assault in a coordinated, trauma-informed manner. Fischer continues to develop resources to improve the overall response to sexual assault.
