PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY COUNCIL
Statewide Public Safety Communications Advisory Council was established by the 2017 Legislature, and the Statewide Public Safety Communications System Act under n44-4-16 M.C.A. The Advisory Council advises the Department of Justice concerning future development, sustainability, funding, standards, policies and rulemaking. The Advisory Council also reviews operations and funding of the of the Statewide Public Safety Communications System.
